Mission Statement
At Acacia Church our mission is simple: Love God, Love others and Reach the world. We believe that love is the description of who God is and who we are to be.
About
Acacia is more than just a church. We are a community of believers of all races, backgrounds and walks of life. We come together to discover authentic relationships, worship, and to grow in our relationship with God.
We call our church Acacia because of what it represents. Acacia (uh-kai-shuh) is a type of wood that was used in the construction of the Ark of the Covenant (see Exodus 25). The Ark of the Covenant was symbolic of two crucial things - the Mercy of God and the Presence of God. At Acacia, our mission is to provide a place in which the Holy Presence of God is so real that everyone in attendance recognizes just how accessible God's Mercy is. That is why we are Acacia.
