Mission Statement
St. Augustine Health Ministries provides services to over 1000 chronically ill and aging individuals each day through a continuum of health care and community services. Founded by Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland, St. Augustine serves individuals of all backgrounds, faiths and walks of life with special concern for the poor. The mission : To continue the healing ministry of Christ by promoting the quality of life and independence of each person entrusted to our care is our guiding principal. St. Augustine Health Ministries provides services through St. Augustine Health Campus, Holy Family Home Health Care & Hospice, St. Augustine Child Enrichment Center and St. Augustine Older Adults / Home Delivered Meals.
