Mission Statement
The mission of the Triumph of Flight is to symbolize humanity’s achievement of flight for the purposes of celebrating that turning point in human history; honoring those who pioneered, innovated, and pursued its evolution; and inspiring future generations to continue it. We will do that by creating a visually dramatic, nationally branded monument in the heart of the country’s only National Aviation Heritage Area that provides high marketing value for sponsors who support it. The monument itself will attract visitors from around the world and provide an awe-inspiring, educational experience for each.
