Connecting donors with I-O Psychology Professionals to Create Smarter Workplaces. Donations to the SIOP Foundation advance the field of I-O psychology by: 1. Supporting projects which insure that the field of I-O psychology anticipates and shapes the future of the world of work. 2. Encouraging and rewarding those conducting significant work, thus furthering the impact of I-O psychology on the workplace and society. 3. Providing graduate students with scholarships and professionals with grants to enable exciting and innovative work that contributes to the quality of the workplace and growth of the field. 4. Recognizing distinguished leaders in the field who have contributed to the betterment of the workplace
