Mission Statement
The mission of MVCAP is to increase the number of Mahoning Valley (I e Ohio counties of Trumbull, mahoning, and Columbiana)high school students attending college or post-secondary education the organization assists in financial aid by granting last-dollar scholarships to qualifying students
