Mission Statement
The Clio Foundation seeks to connect curiosity with expertise. Our website and mobile application (available at www.theclio.com) helps educators, local historians, libraries, and historical societies reach the public "where they stand." Clio picks up a user's location and connects them to information about nearby historical and cultural sites. By using this platform, community institutions and individuals can create individual entries and complete walking tours that make history come alive.
