Who We Are We are a nonprofit organization based in Houston, Texas that provides men with new and exciting opportunities by providing interview-appropriate and required work attire and other sustainability services.
What We Do Career Gear Houston improves the lives of economically disadvantaged job seeking men and male youth by providing interview-appropriate clothing, interview and career coaching, and sustainability services that ensure they have the tools needed to obtain and retain gainful employment. We recognize that successful career transition is key to ending the rate of veteran suicides that are currently impacting our nation. Our services are helping families thrive, as they become economically self-sufficient.
