Mission Statement
We advocate for, and provide, employment- and training-related services that help the U.S. create, expand and retain high-quality jobs. Business Mentoring was established out of a growing trend: youth and entrepreneurshi 70% of juniors surveyed said they wanted to start their own business after graduating from school. Business Mentoring developed a progam that helps young people succeed. Entrepreneurial training, mentoring, and partnering with local financial institutions will help young adults going into business. Training helps them understand the business world, mentoring provides technical assistance from experienced business owners or company managers, and establishing first-hand relationship with loan officers assists in understanding financial institutions.
