Breast Cancer Hawaii is a volunteer-run website that curates and publishes information that is relevant to Hawaii's breast cancer survivors and co-survivors. Here, you will find information on local support groups and meetups, links to useful articles and websites, and details on upcoming events that might be of interest. This is an ad-free site dedicated to providing all things related to Breast Cancer x Hawaii to the local community.
About
Breast Cancer Hawaii was started in 2016 by two local survivors who had spent a lot of time during their treatment researching information on resources and support groups in Hawaii. There are so many wonderful organizations both locally and nationally that provide valuable services to breast cancer survivors, but it can be difficult to navigate through all of the different websites out there. They came up with an idea to sift through all of the sites and compile the most useful information in one location to help fellow survivors in Hawaii.
