The goal of transformative leadership is to grow leaders to transform their world. Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less. While it is true that people have varying levels of influence, it is also true that we all have SOME degree of influence. In order to maximize your influence you must be intentional to develop your leadership skills.

Transformative Leadership Round Table is a 10-week, one hour each week, small group journey for adults or for high school students. Transformative Tables employ two-way communication in a structured environment. Ideas are not taught; they are facilitated. During a Transformative Table, a designated person leads, but all participants share from their own experience. As a result, everyone grows together—including the facilitator. Each week a characteristic of a leader is discussed.
