Support Birth Families of Children in Care

When it comes to at-risk families, the goal is the safety and well being of children and the restoration of their first family. When at-risk families become healthy and stable, every child and future child will have better outcomes. We envision a Virginia where the number of children in foster care is drastically reduced because at-risk families are supported by the community so welcome that their children NEVER enter foster care.
