Memory Connections
Program Description: Memory Connections is a proactive and supportive community for those living with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or in the early stages of memory loss. Through Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, engaging group activities, support groups, brain health education, and in-person meetups, participants build the tools to navigate memory changes with confidence, while forming meaningful connections that reduce isolation and promote emotional well-being.
Volunteer Description: Volunteers will help with Memory Connections related tasks like leading a support group or presenting an engaging group activity.
