B.E.D Youth: Program Pathways

At Behind Every Door, we believe that every young person carries God-given purpose, potential, and promise — and they deserve spaces where they can be seen, known, and nurtured into who God created them to be. Our Youth Initiative exists to build Christ-centered pathways of HOPE by walking with students in grades K–12 through afterschool programming, summer enrichment, sports clinics, leadership development, discipleship groups, and more. Whether it’s a quiet homework session, a loud kickball game, or a powerful identity-building conversation — every moment matters. Through consistent relationships, creative learning, and meaningful mentorship, we create spaces where youth experience Engagement, Exploration, Expression, Encounters, Education, and Evaluation — key pillars of our Theory of Change.
